WRCSC 2008 Lexus Car Drawing

RAFFLE RULES: Raffle is open to citizens or permanent residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Payment of all applicable Federal, State and Local taxes, are the responsibility of, and must be paid by the winner(s). Winner(s) will be issued Internal Revenue tax form(s) 1099 stating the value of the prize.  No purchase necessary. Winner(s) need not be present to win. Should there not be a sufficient number of tickets sold by June 18, 2008, an alternative drawing date will be September 10th, 2008.  In the event and for any reason that the drawing should not take place, all monies will be refunded to each participant immediately.
